Practical information about therapy
Therapy sessions are 50 min long and are held once weekly at an allocated day and time.
In some circumstances, you may have more than one session per week if agreed between you and your therapist.
Therapy can be short-term or ongoing (long-term).
Short-term therapy is usually 6-12 sessions and focuses on a specific issue or a problem. On-going or long-term therapy is more flexible in nature and allows for more in-depth work in many areas and aspects of your life, as there isn’t an agreed end date. This allows you to work at your own pace and allows your therapeutic process to unfold naturally.
