Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Teacher
I am a Meditation and Yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in yogic practices. The urge of founding my own ground years ago, made me delve deeper into the study and practice of mindfulness and its techniques. As a seeker and practitioner of Yoga I am passionate about sharing the practices and offering guidance and support to those who are willing to step into the journey of self-acceptance.
By paying attention, we eventually gain clarity and a sense of freedom from unnecessary conditioning. This helps us to feel whole and in harmony within the reality of our own life experience. My aim is to help people help themselves through mindful breathing, meditation and sustainable movement together with insights from the Yoga tradition. I use principles of Ayurveda, TCM and the Buddhist tradition.
I offer groups, one on one, corporate, in person and online classes. Whether you are embarking on a new journey or if you want to deepen your existent practice, I am here to support each journey.
