Nutritional Care & Homeopathy at The Mindful Practice
At The Mindful Practice, we understand that emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to physical health. That’s why, alongside psychotherapy, we also offer Nutritional Care and Homeopathy—working in collaboration with trusted professionals to support your whole self.
Therapists with Nutritional Insight
Some of our psychotherapists have training in nutrition, offering added support for clients whose emotional wellbeing is linked with food, body image, or substance use. This helps us provide care that is more informed, responsive, and holistic.

Working with Veneta Daniels
We collaborate with Veneta Daniels, an experienced homeopath and nutritionist (www.nutritionandhomeopathy.co.uk). Her integrative approach complements psychotherapy by supporting:
- Stress, anxiety, and sleep
- Hormonal and women’s health
- Digestive and immune balance
- Eating behaviours (emotional eating, under/over-eating, restrictive patterns)
- Energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing
With expertise in both homeopathy and nutrition, Veneta helps clients address underlying imbalances in both mind and body.
Additional Nutrition Support
We also work with Baldo & Mason Nutrition (www.baldoandmason.com), who offer further expertise in body image, eating behaviours, and digestive health. Their input adds to the comprehensive care available at The Mindful Practice.
An Integrative Path to Wellbeing
Our aim is to help you feel more balanced, resilient, and at ease in both mind and body.
We are based in West London, Kensington for in-person appointments and offer UK-wide online consultations, so you can access care wherever you are.
