We work in-person and online At The Mindful Practice.

We offer face-to-face therapy sessions based at our Notting Hill location in London. You can book online therapy sessions if more convenient.

Both online and in-person are effective ways of working and it is often a personal preference and a question of practicality for many people.

At The Mindful Practice, our therapists have experience of working both online and in-person and you could change from one to another if your circumstances or preferences change. For example, if you have been having sessions in person but are moving far, you can switch to online sessions, just let your therapist know.
