At The Mindful Practice, we are compassionate therapists dedicated to your journey of healing and growth. Through relational, humanistic, and holistic approaches, we help you reconnect with your inner strength and move towards lasting change.

Who We Are

We are qualified and fully accredited psychotherapists, mindfulness and meditation practitioners. At The Mindful Practice, we use relational and humanistic therapeutic approaches to help you heal, change and grow in a way that you naturally and organically need to.

The holistic nature of the psychotherapeutic styles we use is an effective way to increase self-awareness and insight into underlying emotional experiences through the integration of both the mind and body.

As relational therapists, we recognise the important role of the relationship which forms between a therapist and client and how imperative that is to the healing and growth which happens in therapy. The relational style of our therapists aims to facilitate a deeply enriching journey on which you begin to find a new perspective and begin to experience change.

Our Practice

Having experienced first-hand the benefits, challenges and wonder of therapy, we hold a lot of excitement and hope for those embarking on their own therapeutic path. As old beliefs and preconceptions about being in therapy still linger around, seeking therapy especially if you are new to it, can trigger feelings of nervousness and uncertainty. This is a natural human response to the unknown.

In our practice, we are mindful of the complex emotions often present at this stage. We are here to acknowledge and work through those with you, so you feel supported and safe enough during this special process of self-discovery and personal growth.

Here at The Mindful Practice, we offer counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy both online and in-person.

We work with adults one-to-one, and couples and offer small group therapy.
